Damien Joined Elite 1 Group in 2020 as Managing Director.

Damien has spent the last ten years as Project Manager/Operations manager for one of Victoria’s leading demolition contractors, Casmar Group.

As Director/Engineer Damien will be involved with all projects from budget and tender stages to formulate a considered, safe and sequenced demolition process cognizant of the building’s construction, condition and location. At all stages Damien will advise upon any necessary structural investigations required to validate proposed sequences and methods, and will continue to be involved on site regularly, until completion, to ensure methodologies and sequences are adapted and updated as more becomes known about the subject structure.
